The new SC-MAX controller for SCM bill changers
SEM to launch the new SC-MAX controller at the CAMA 2011. SC-Max is our brand new solution for bill changer MDB conversion. Designed to convert all SC series models of Standard Change Makers, this controller includes a new MDB bill acceptor and a "easy to install" hardware kit. The SC-Max can control up to four hoppers and offers a complete detailed metering that can also be printed.
New Single-Price / Four-Price to MDB conversion kit
Now available, the new SP1 (Single-Price) and FP1 (Four-Price) interfaces allow you to convert the old but yet reliable Single-Price or Four-Price vending machines to accept MDB technology.
Especially designed to fill the void left by the discontinuation of Single Price technology by Coinco and MEI, the SP1 allows you to discard the original coin mechanism and replace it with a state-of-the-art MDB coin changer, bill acceptor and prepaid or credit card reader.
As for the Four-Price FP1 conversion kit, it will replace our previous FS1 interface. Smaller in dimensions and offered at a lower price, the FP1 is available in 24 or 120-volt configuration. With its external power source, the FP1 will be capable of functioning with power source ranging from 100 to 240 volts, 50 or 60 Hertz.
Both interfaces will allow international peripherals ($, €, Mex$, R$, ?, etc.)
New SEM Serial Interface for advanced copiers
The new Smart Interface is now available for our coin-ops models 9900X, 9910X, and 9900K as well as the KTX Terminals. This new interface allows you to regroup all serial type functionality on one single advanced module. To this day, this Smart Interface is capable of communicating with Konica-Minolta copiers with Vendors 1 and Vendors 2 protocol and Canon G1. When connected on those copiers, multiple vend price lines then become available.
